Montag threw the flamethrower on Beatty because she made him burn his house and because the way she threatened him.

Fahrenheit 451

  1. Ray Bradbury uses " it was a pleasure to burn" in the beginning of the book because he uses forecasting. 
  2. Books are like birds because when you burn a book the ashes look or symbolize birds flying. 
  3. Clarisse is curious how the world used to be and Montag is like it is what it is.
  4. We have the same technology but is named and works differently from there's, they predict the future from ours.
  5. The author introduced Montag at the point of the story because he wanted to set the tone of age and curiosity.
  6. The author introduced Clarisse before Mildred because he wanted to show the readers who Clarrisse was and what was her role was in the story.
  7. All the houses were fire proof in the society because they burn books and start wildfires. 
  8. Mildred requires emergency service because she tries to kill herself.
  9. Mechanical hound is to make for people who overdose on drugs.
  10. The society considers Clarisse a antisocial because she is always curious and is asking questions.
